How to raise funds?

Hi oflay fam I am trying to raise funds at the ideation stage itself. All I hear is I should get some traction first and show numbers then only investors may be willing to invest. I totally agree with all of that, however, my startups is an asset heavy business in the beginning and can not be avoided by any means. So please advice me on how to raise funds from investors & VCs or if you know some online platform where people invest in idea stage startups.
